We are excited to announce some good news about our long awaited cookbook. ‘A Return to Ireland’ will be released in August 2022. The book will be published by Hatherleigh Press who distribute in partnership with Penguin Random House, Our publishers are dedicated to publishing content in healthy living, that reflects our new modern Irish recipes. The book will continue our journey between Ireland and the United States, and follow in the footsteps of my great grandparents who returned to Ireland from Boston 100 years before my husband and I emigrated. Ancestry is going to be a thread running through the cookbook, and woven in to the recipes of each chapter. The food we love to eat is is formed in the love of family, friendship and our heritage – Worthy of Celebration! I am looking forward to sharing snippets of of new book before our launch, including stunning new photographs by Gary McLoughlin, Shamrock and Peach Photo.
